Mr and Mrs T had two children. The son made his life outside the house, the daughter, with her husband, stayed behind and helped her parents in their hotel business.
The parents made Wills leaving the hotel to the daughter. Father died. Mother decided to move out to be with her son, and changed her Will. Daughter and son-in-law were left in real difficulties, now in their 50’s and with nowhere to go. We sued and settled at the doors of the court for 50%, with mother having the other 50%.
